Thanks to it, your VPS server will be entered in our custom–developed monitoring software system, which will monitor all the essential services. And in the event of a service crash, our server admins will be alerted right away and they will rectify the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups

When you have a high–profile web site or a data–heavy web app, it’s of crucial importance to have a complete backup copy of everything. However, configuring an automated backup system can be tough. That is the reason why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we take full responsibility to keep a complete backup of your VPS server, not just of your web sites and hosted content, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts run every week, saving all the changes that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly endless set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which entitles you to demand any of our professional tech support engineers to install any kind of software app and to solve any trouble that you are experiencing with the server.

The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
